How to order

When you see a product you like simply click on the 'add to basket' button to add this to your shopping basket.

At any time you can click on 'view basket'. This option will allow you to view and change your selections.

You can click on the 'view basket' button at the top of each page at any time.

You can update the quantities of an item or remove it completely from your basket.

When you have finished shopping, click on the 'checkout' button and you will then be asked for your delivery details and then directed to a secure area to make your payment.

How to pay

The Plant Supports web site allows you to order directly over the internet in a few easy steps.

You will need your credit or debit card details to hand, when you start to order.

We also offer UK customers the choice to pay for items by cheque or postal order. Simply choose the relevant option in the checkout section of the site, print out your order and send it to us. Overseas customers wishing to pay by cheque please contact us.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order and payment if you order online.

Postage and packaging

Our charges for postage and packaging are based on a minimum fixed cost per order or a percentage. These costs differ according to the country where the items are sent.

Delivery

Most orders are delivered within 14 days of receipt. Many of our deliveries require a signature on receipt. If possible please quote a delivery address where a signature can be given during working hours. Delivery will only be attempted twice otherwise you will have to collect from the depot.

Cancellation and returns policy

You have the right to cancel your contract within seven working days of the receipt of the goods. This cancellation must be notified to Plant Supports in writing or by e-mail. If you cancel the contract within seven days of the receipt of the goods you should return the goods to Plant Supports at your expense within 30 days.

You are recommended to return the goods in the original packaging or similar and should take reasonable care of the goods. A full refund (less postage) will be issued by Plant Supports within 30 days if the goods are received in resaleable condition. If the goods are not received in resaleable condition, Plant Supports reserves its right to deduct an amount from the refund for any resulting loss in value.
