Web orders
Website orders can be paid for using all major credit and debit cards acceptable to our secure payment providers at the time of ordering. Orders sent through the post with covering cheques will not be processed until the payment has been cleared. Please do not send Plant Supports UK any cash through the mail.
Customer commissions
Individuals, businesses and organisations commissioning designs do not have the right to cancel once design and production has commenced and costs have been incurred. See Trading Standards website for full trading legislation in this matter. http://www.tradingstandards.gov.uk
Order acceptance
When an order has been placed it is treated as an offer to buy which has been accepted. If we have to refuse an order because of availability or other complexity we will inform you as soon as possible with alternatives where appropriate.
Cancellations
The Company will accept cancellations on the understanding that no costs have been incurred. In the event that your order has been processed an artwork/origination cost plus a re-stocking charge will apply.
Faulty goods
As all designs are hand crafted and the process may throw up slight differences and imperfections. This also may be due to the use of different metals and finishes, and the hands on processes we use. These are part of the unique quality of the item but we will consider each case as appropriate.
Goods damaged in transit
We deliver every order to a single address and use Royal Mail and other carriers. Please inspect the goods on delivery and refuse to sign for receipt if there are visible signs of damage on the packaging and you are not happy with the condition of the contents. If on opening you discover any damage or problems please inform Plant Supports UK immediately.
Returns
We have a separate returns policy on this website.
